And, of course, using the benefits platform is absolutely free of charge – so the benefits are all yours!
2. Hoe krijg ik toegang tot Benefits at Work?
When you first visit this benefits website a once-only registration is required. Enter both your professional e-mail address and personal e-mail address. An activation code will then be sent to the professional e-mail address so that you can activate your access to the benefits website on the registration page. You can then log in using your personal e-mail address and the password you chose during registration. You can use the benefits website whether you’re at home or out and about somewhere. Using a laptop, tablet or smartphone? The website adjusts automatically to the device you are using. That way you can take advantage of all the discounts for shopping both online and offline.
3. I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?
If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new one on the login page. Click or tap on "Forgotten your password?". Please enter your registered email address. Then select "Check e-mail". We will send you a password code you need to reset your password.
4. My e-mail address has changed, what should I do?
Please contact us through our contact form at the bottom of the page or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Change e-mail address” and we will change this in your account.
5. How and where can I use Benefits at Work?
The website is available from any device with an Internet connection (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone). Enter the URL https://kbc.benefitsatwork.be and log in. Tip: save your details so that you don’t have to enter them each time.
